It's like going to the dentist. I shook the bottle then pumped several time to the tooth brush and scrubbed about 2 min. I did not remove just spit. It taste like mint and doesn't have an after taste.
It left my teeth feeling slick as if it removed all the plaque from my teeth. I used after I brushed my teeth first.
I did see a difference. I have been using for several days now and know that this is easier that strips and because it has peroxide you know you can get a great whitening product.
So yes I took the challenge and am happy with the results my teeth are white and it does remove excess plaque but still floss and do your regular hygiene routine and then use to get a better and whiter smile.
