Terry loves being in his tree house and loves the adventures in this book he want so much to play with the baby cub but because he respects nature and animals he knows he cant get close because of mama bear. He hears the scream and sees the baby bear is stuck in a trench and mama desperately want to help him but can't. Terry tries to find help but with no luck he has to help the bear on his own he goes for a latter and places it in the trench and backs away not to be seen and the baby bear climbs out to safety to his mama that's waiting. In the end he does get to play with the cub because the mother bear trusts Terry enough to let them play Trust and respect is wonderful
