With 1 dog and 5 cats this was a must try especially if I have tile floors that you know grout sucks up everything . It worked well. My cat had an accident not even she was acting out because we got a new pup so she was using the bathroom behind my couch so it sat there unnoticed til I smelled it. This product I sprayed and let it set in as requested by the instructions and not only did it take away the smell it also removed the following in that spot. I have a pup as I mentioned and he is always having an accident so this is great for a regular clean as well because of the strong smell a dogs urine puts out. You wont believe when I used it our bathroom. I was impressed on how well it worked on the smell and the urine stain around the floor and tank itself. As many of you I live in an old building so the screws of the tank are rusted and it leaves a bad Oder so since the liter box is in the bathroom too I sprayed the whole entire floor and it is still fresh. The only thing I noticed a little goes a long way so it can be soapy so if your like me a rinsed with extra water so it doesn't pick up dirt or prints
